Pablo was very patient with us, giving us tips and reminders on how to ride, making sure we were comfortable before taking off, and he was very friendly. Response time for messages isn't instant, but their communication on details was clear. Only thing that wasn't mentioned was that we had to fill the tank before returning it. Thankfully we had done it anyway but confirmation on that beforehand would be helpful. Reasonable price too! We only rented for one day but they have discounts if you rent for longer. And conveniently very close to where we were staying. All in all I would recommend.

In Tulum, taxis are very expensive and sometimes not easy to find, so make sure you rent a scooter, e-bike, or ATV to explore freely and cost effective. You can find free parking spots around the beach area and in town. Just be aware of the No Parking signs and a yellow sidewalk means "no parking allowed". If you miss this, the scooter will get towed away by police.

To rent, you can browse our online catalog to find the perfect bike for your needs. You can book directly through our website, where you'll need to specify the rental period, and your desired model. Or you can text us on WhatsApp for a real-time service.
A valid passport is required for the security deposit, or else $200usd cash and you must present a government-issued ID at the time of pickup. We offer options for pickup at our store or delivery to a specified location. Additionally, we provide a brief orientation to familiarize you with the bike's features and adjustments.

All of our units are equipped with phone holders and USB plugs for your convenience. We also provide additional special helmets in case you are riding on highways and want that full protection and comfort.
