What everyone asks before booking
What do I need to rent a scooter or ATV in Tulum?
It is a quick process, without paperwork. Bring an ID (passport or Mexican ID) and, if you will drive, a valid license. Helmets are included. If anything is missing, we confirm it on WhatsApp before delivery.
Do you deliver to homes and hotels?
Yes. We deliver to hotels, villas and Airbnbs in La Veleta, Aldea Zamá, Región 15, downtown Tulum and the Hotel Zone (Tulum Beach). Delivery is included from 3 rental days.
How do deposits and insurance work?
Booking online has no hidden fees and does not charge the deposit. Third-party insurance is included. The deposit is held only when we hand over the scooter and is reviewed when you return it, under the contract.
What if the battery dies or I get a flat tyre?
Message us and we come out. Happy Assistance covers jump-starting a flat battery and flat-tyre assistance.
How do I book?
Pick your dates and model on the site and send the request. We confirm over WhatsApp, prepare the unit and bring it to you. On delivery you pay the rental and sign the contract.

Yes. You can book in English or Spanish. We deliver the scooter, ATV or e-bike in Tulum — to a hotel, an Airbnb or the address you give us — and confirm on WhatsApp. You pay the rental when you receive the vehicle and sign the contract.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged?
The rental includes third-party damage and civil liability insurance. If the vehicle fails on the road, Happy Assistance includes recovery, towing and a replacement unit.
We do not publish a minimum age, a license type, or a document list, because there is no single confirmed rule. We confirm those on WhatsApp before you book.
