What everyone asks before booking
Where do you deliver the scooter?
Wherever you are in Tulum: hotel, Airbnb, house or any spot you tell us. We arrange it over WhatsApp. Per the brochure, delivery is included from 3 rental days onward.
What does Happy Assistance include?
Key delivery if you lose yours (key cost not included), fuel delivery (fuel cost not included), flat-tyre assistance, jump-start for a dead battery, recovery and towing, and unit replacement if something fails.
Do the vehicles have GPS?
Yes. The whole fleet is GPS-protected.
What if the battery dies or I get a flat tyre?
Message us and we come out. Happy Assistance covers jump-starting a flat battery and flat-tyre assistance.
Is insurance included?
Yes: third-party damage and civil liability insurance are included. Full coverage is optional — ask us about the terms when you book.
