Can international tourists rent scooters in Tulum?
Yes. You can book in English or Spanish. We deliver the scooter, ATV or e-bike in Tulum — to a hotel, an Airbnb or the address you give us — and confirm on WhatsApp. You pay the rental when you receive the vehicle and sign the contract.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged?
The rental includes third-party damage and civil liability insurance. If the vehicle fails on the road, Happy Assistance includes recovery, towing and a replacement unit.
We do not publish a minimum age, a license type, or a document list, because there is no single confirmed rule. We confirm those on WhatsApp before you book.
