Terms and conditions
These terms explain how bookings on happyridetulum.mx work and how we use your data. The specific conditions of each vehicle are in the rental contract you sign when you receive it.

1. Who we are
Happy Ride Tulum, a vehicle rental company with branches in La Veleta (Calle 1 Pte between 10 and 12 Sur, 77760) and the Hotel Zone (Av. Boca Paila, 77780), Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Phone and WhatsApp: +52 984 233 8890.
2. Bookings
Sending a booking on the site charges nothing. It is a request: the vehicle is reserved once we confirm it on WhatsApp or by email.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include the current seasonal rate. You see the total of your rental before you confirm.
Delivery is included from 3 rental days. Rentals of 25 days or more get a discount on the daily rate.
You pay when you receive the vehicle, in cash or by card, or earlier with a secure payment link if you want to lock in the vehicle.
4. Delivery, contract and deposit
We deliver in Tulum, to your hotel, Airbnb or the address you give us. When you receive the vehicle you sign the rental contract, which sets the conditions for that vehicle.
The security deposit is not charged on the site. It is held at handover, on a credit card or in cash; the amount depends on the vehicle and is released on return according to the contract.
5. Insurance and assistance
Every rental includes third-party damage and civil liability insurance, and Happy Assistance on the road (recovery, towing or a replacement if the vehicle fails).
6. Cancellations, licence and age
The cancellation policy, accepted driving licence and minimum age depend on the vehicle: we confirm them on WhatsApp before delivery and they are written in the contract.
7. Privacy notice
Controller: Happy Ride Tulum. Data we ask for when you book: first name, last name, phone and, if you give them, email, hotel or delivery address and notes.
We use them only to manage your booking, deliver the vehicle and contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. We do not sell your data.
The site uses measurement cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) to learn which ads and pages work.

8. Use of the site
Prices, availability and copy can change; what we confirm for your booking is what applies.
